RENTAL TERMS
1. Rental Period
Standard rental period is 3 days (e.g., pick-up → event → return).
Rental starts on the date of delivery or pick-up and ends upon return.
Late returns will incur daily penalties.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm reservation.
Accepted payments: Bank transfer / GCash / Online payment.
Orders are first paid, first reserved.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required.
Deposit will be returned after inspection, provided:
No damage
No stains
Complete accessories returned
4. Dress Care & Responsibility
The renter is responsible for the dress while in possession.
Do NOT:
Wash or dry clean the dress
Alter or modify the dress
Any damage, loss, or heavy stains will result in repair or replacement charges.
5. Late Return Policy
Late returns will be charged ₱500 day (or your chosen rate).
Failure to return may result in full retail value charge.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation:
3+ days before → full refund / store credit
1–2 days before → partial refund
Same day / no-show → non-refundable
Refunds may be issued as store credit with validity.
7. Fitting & Availability
Dresses are subject to availability.
We do not guarantee exclusivity (same dress may be rented by others).
8. Delivery & Return
Client is responsible for:
Providing correct address
Being available for delivery/pick-up
Additional fees apply for:
Failed delivery
Change of schedule
9. Damage, Loss, or Theft
Minor damage → cleaning/repair fee
Major damage or loss → charged full dress value
Replacement charges may include lost rental income
10. General Terms
All rentals remain property of the shop at all times.
By renting, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions.

Notes: Please prioritize choosing your size based on bust and waist measurements — these are the two factors that determine the best fit of the dress. 97% of our customers have selected the correct size using this method. If you’re still unsure, please message the shop for advice.
